I. Product Positioning
Alloy steel rolls are key rolling equipment in the metallurgical and mechanical processing fields. Made from high-quality alloy steel as the base material, they undergo precise batching, vacuum melting, CNC machining, and special heat treatment processes. Designed specifically for the rolling production of steel, non-ferrous metals, and other materials, they can adapt to multiple operating scenarios such as cold rolling, hot rolling, and profile rolling. They are core components for improving rolling efficiency and ensuring product precision.
II. Core Advantages
- Superb wear resistance: The base material adopts a multi-element alloy ratio including chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium. After quenching + tempering composite heat treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC 58-65. The wear resistance is improved by more than 30% compared with ordinary rolls, greatly extending the service life and reducing the roll change frequency.
- Excellent crack resistance and impact resistance: By optimizing the alloy composition and heat treatment process, the internal structure of the roll is uniform and dense. The tensile strength is ≥1200MPa, and the impact toughness is ≥25J/cm². It can effectively resist the impact load and thermal stress during the rolling process, reducing the risk of cracking and edge chipping.
- High-precision rolling guarantee: Adopting CNC lathes and grinders for precision machining, the roll surface roundness error is ≤0.01mm, and the surface roughness Ra is ≤0.8μm. It ensures the dimensional accuracy (tolerance ≤±0.03mm) and surface finish of the rolled materials, improving the qualified rate of finished products.
- Wide adaptability: The roll diameter (φ100-φ1200mm), roll body length (300-5000mm), and roll surface patterns/grooves can be customized according to customer needs. It is suitable for different rolled products such as plates, strips, profiles, and wires, and compatible with complex working conditions such as high temperature (≤800℃) and high speed (linear speed ≤30m/s).
- Energy saving and environmental protection: The long-life design reduces the consumption of roll consumables and the time for replacement and maintenance, lowering the production downtime loss. The optimized roll surface design reduces rolling resistance, helping enterprises save about 10-15% of power consumption.
