A few days ago, through the full cooperation of various processes, Beiying Steel Rolling Plant of Benshan Iron and Steel Company successfully developed a ER50-TiJQ of wire products with a diameter of φ5.5mm, further enriching the diversity of products and filling the production gap of this steel grade. The surface quality of the products is good, the size and mechanical properties of the products meet the standards, and the quality of the finished products meets the expected requirements.
In order to ensure the successful rolling of wire φ5.5mm welding wire product ER50-TiJQ, the factory has set up a research and development team, held several special seminars, carefully studied the trial production plan issued by the plate research and development institute, and organized research and development and production technicians to conduct in-depth discussion and analysis of the process regulations, and assigned special personnel to be responsible for each production and rolling procedure to track the whole process.
According to the main process points and product characteristics of wire welding wire products, the factory held a prenatal preparation meeting, combed the rolling process, worked out a detailed process plan, and strictly controlled the billet in the furnace time, rolling process temperature, product size and material type to ensure that the product quality and performance meet the requirements. Professional technicians meet the rolling requirements by optimizing the rolling process parameters of the mill. In addition, the quality control personnel of the factory strictly control the product quality, timely carry out strict inspection and analysis on the performance requirements and physical quality of the products developed and rolled, and the surface quality and mechanical properties of the products meet the requirements of the national standard, providing technical support for the development of new steel grades.
